This is one of the most beautiful river guidebooks you'll find. It is packed full of nearly every run you can think of in the rocky mountain region.
Not a ton of info for each run but if there was that much detail there would have to be several volumes. Every run description has enough info to at least get you there and back and an idea of what to expect when you're there. There is no mile by mile breakdown so don't expect that kind of detail.
It's expensive but it's as thick as a bible and in full color on glossy pages. It's well worth the money. For most day trips this is all you'll need. |
